Junior Regional Winter Football Clinic Coming to Clinton FC
We’re excited to announce that our Youth Development Partner, Mitchelton FC, will be hosting a two-day Junior Regional Winter Coaching Clinic right here at Clinton FC during the upcoming school holidays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for junior players in the Gladstone region to develop their skills, learn from experienced coaches, and enjoy two days of football fun.

Clinic Details
📅 Dates: Monday, June 30 & Tuesday, July 1
⏰ Times: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM each day
📍 Location: Clinton FC
💰 Cost: $140 per player
👧 Ages: Under 8 to Under 13 (Born 2012–2017)
⚽ Eligibility: Open to Football Queensland registered players in the Gladstone region (must be registered on Squadi for the 2025 season)
What to Expect
The clinic is designed around 4 core football skills that are essential for player development:
Striking the Ball
First Touch
1v1 Attacking & Defending
Running with the Ball
Sessions will be led by Mitchelton FC’s A Diploma Technical Director, Tony Skinner, along with a team of specialist accredited coaches, ensuring participants receive expert guidance in a supportive and engaging environment.
It’s the perfect opportunity for young players to sharpen their skills and build confidence on the pitch.
