Home of the Grubbies

Clinton Football Club has grown from humble beginnings into one of the strongest soccer clubs in the CQ region. We believe in football for all - inclusive, fair, and community-focused. Our club supports everyone from four year old mini Grubbies to seasoned senior players competing at the FQPL level.

Clinton Football Club exists to nurture a lifelong love of football across all ages and skill levels. Through our inclusive and professional environment, we offer development pathways, competitive opportunities, and community engagement that empower our players, coaches, and families. Proudly based in Gladstone, we are committed to strengthening the game of soccer in Central Queensland and fostering a strong club culture built on history, teamwork, and respect.

Our Home Pitch

Located at the corner of Dawson Highway and Aerodrome Road as part of the Clinton Park Sports Association, we take pride in our club’s functional and spectator-friendly location.

Club Facilities

  • 3 playing fields

  • 2 large dressing sheds with multiple showers

  • Clubhouse with fully licensed bar and canteen

  • Large patio-style spectator area

  • Secondary undercover viewing space at Field 2

  • Multiple grandstands for spectators
