Clinton FC Gears Up for the 2026 Kappa QLD Cup
Football Queensland’s statewide Kappa Queensland Cup is set to kick off a massive season of knockout football, and Clinton Football Club is proud to be part of the action! The Kappa Queensland Cup brings together teams from across the state to compete in one of Queensland’s most exciting cup competitions.
This competition not only showcases thrilling knockout football but also provides opportunities for players and clubs to compete beyond the regular league season and test themselves against regional rivals.

What is the Kappa Queensland Cup?
The Kappa Queensland Cup is Football Queensland’s flagship cup competition - a statewide knockout tournament open to clubs across Queensland. It unifies the traditional cup format under one banner and offers senior and youth teams exciting opportunities to compete in high-stakes football.
For the Men’s competition, the Cup also acts as the qualifying competition for the Australia Cup, meaning the top performing Queensland sides can earn a place in the national knockout tournament. This year’s Cup is also the largest ever, with over 300 teams entering across Men’s, Women’s and Under 18 divisions - making 2026 a landmark season for knockout football in Queensland.

➞ Central FC vs Clinton FC – @ Brian Niven Park - Time of game to come
